The song's not finished yet, and neither is the tab. 
Here are the chords(I think) to get you started.
I'm not sure about the F and Em at the end, but that's all I can come up with.

Tristan plays a fingerstyle pattern throughout. 
You basically go from the G6 to the Cadd9's on the third and eigth frets,
varying between the two of them. You can hear when Tristan hits the high notes on the eighth fret.
The descending chord part is picked within the notes shown.
I kind of think the low part at the end is the F something and Em chords.

I don't know if any of this is right, but I like it and I think it sounds pretty close.
I'll do a more complete tab when I learn to play it better.
