Here are the chords. The second chord can be either of the two 
blocked off. It sounds like Tristan is playing that first one
while G Love is soloing because I hear that note on the B string.
I think this progression is played throughout the entire song except 
for the hold me down, hold me down, hold me down part.

All of it is played with a funky strumming pattern and variations throughout.
Also, it sounds like the B string notes are hit then the B string is hit open.
It's part of the strumming so listen to the recording to see what I mean.
After seeing the pictures of Tristan and G. Love playing this on her homepage,
I know there is no capo so I hope it's right. Sounds good to me.

For the Hold Me Down part, play the first two chords a couple extra times before the last two.

Ending - For this part, it looked like Tristan would hit the open notes on the A and D string before hamering on and playing these chords.
She also ran the first three chords up and down before ending on the E chord, I think.
